TrioMail does not leave you on your own once you are established on one of our email marketing plans. We are able to provide you with help and support in a number of different ways.

Online Help
When you are working online in the system itself there are extensive help and support facilities available.

Free Articles
Once you are a TrioMail customer you get free access to extra articles about the most important email marketing topics from designing your messages, planning your strategfy, forming lists, getting permissions, and much more. See a sample of these in Resources.

These are in .pdf format so you can easily read and save them or print off for future reference. They are accessed via login codes that you receive when you join us.

Online Support Queries and FAQ's
You can send us a support query via an online form which we generally try to reply to within 24 hours at the latest, or you can search for answers in our FAQ page.

Telephone Support
Telephone support is provided free for 30 days after you sign up for a TrioMail email marketing plan. After 30 days telephone support is available for a nominal charge.

One-on-One Training
TrioMail email marketing plan one-on-one training at your premises can be arranged by appointment in advance, with charges set to suit your budget.

The TrioMail system has extensive online help and resource articles.
